What prevents people from opting in daily to get the initial offer? A: In order to build a HUGE MyTextClub database it's important to offer something of perceived value to incentivize your customers to join the club. Our system is designed so that once a customer joins and receives the initial offer they will not be able to receive the initial offer by opting in again. Our system recognized their mobile number and if they try to opt in again to get that "free appetizer" for example we'll send a message that says "We see that you're already a member of ABC restaurants text club. How do I know if someone has already used their text coupon? A: MyTextClub offers many options for marking your text coupons as redeemed so that they can't be abused. Often, our customers will set an expiration date on the offer and since the offer is still profitable it actually works out well for them if their customer stops in multiple times over a weekend to redeem it because they'll often up sell more and the customer often brings friends and family that buy too! |
